Easter 2007

We spent Easter weekend at home this year. It was a relaxing, but cold weekend. I could hardly believe it when I saw snow on the deck that morning! Not much snow, but snow nonetheleess. Even though it was cold, we got in a traditional egg hunt. After a couple of rounds of hunting eggs, Davis and Rebecca wanted a turn at hiding them. We had not seen our neighbors in DAYS, but they all seemed to choose the exact same time to leave the house. Ironically, that time coincided with the time David and I were searching through our yard for eggs, complete with pink and blue plastic Easter baskets. And no, you are not lucky enough to see pictures of this adventure. I do, however, have pictures of the egg dying process I will share.

The Easter Bunny paid us a visit the next morning. Below are pictures of Davis and Rebecca enjoyed their treats. Overall it was a great weekend.
